UK Personal Bank Accounts

If you have experienced problems in opening a bank account, regardless of your credit history, we should be able to help. If we are unable to do so, we will refund any fees which have been charged.

Please be aware that it is a criminal offence to supply false information when applying for any banking or credit facilities. If this happens, all fees paid to us would be forfeited.

Below are two examples of the accounts which we can offer :

BASIC ACCOUNT

This account is with one of the "Big Four" Banks, and offers the following :

          • Cash card or debit card
          • Counter cheques (cheque book after a probationary period
          • Direct Debit facilities
          • Salary credit possible
          • Internet and/or telephone banking

Introduction Fee - £45.00


CHEQUE BOOK ACCOUNT

This account offers a cheque book within 10 days of opening the account, plus :

          • Cash card (can be used overseas)
          • Interest paid quarterly or annually
          • Direct Debit facilities
          • Salary credit possible
          • Internet and/or telephone banking
          • Minimum opening deposit of £50
          • Bank visit required - we organise this for you

Introduction Fee - £65.00

When opening any Bank or Building Society account you will be asked to provide certain items to confirm your identity and address. You will need to be able to provide one item from List A and B below :

LIST A

          • Current UK or EEC full valid Passport
          • Current UK full driving Licence
          • Cheque guarantee card with holographic photograph
          • Employee ID card with photograph and signature
          • Armed Forces identity card
          • Senior Citizen's pension book

LIST B

          • Recent Bank / Building Society Statement
          • Current UK full driving Licence (except if already used as the item from List A
          • Original Council Tax bill
          • Recent original utility bill (i.e. gas, electric or telephone)
